Antique Grand Tour pair of bronzes on Sienna marble bases of Juno and Jupiter.
A good pair of Grand Tour bronzes of Jupiter and Juno Set on very good oval Sienna marble bases with deep yellow colour and strong dark veining. Jupiter is seated with thunderbolts in his hand and a standing eagle by his side. Juno is also seated and has a diadem in her hair and has a peacock beside her. Italian circa 1850. 9 9 inches high by 6.5 inches wide by 4.25 inches deep (22.5 cm by 16.25 cm by 10.75 cm).
